Prices shown by the online quote builder are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change if the space, square footage, condition, or the work required differs from what was submitted. Commercial and restaurant projects require a walkthrough before booking.

Appointment times are requests until confirmed. You are responsible for providing safe access, working utilities including water and power, and a space clear enough for our team to work.

Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Same-day cancellations or lockouts may be billed for the crew time reserved.

Invoices are issued through Square and are due on receipt unless agreed otherwise in writing. Unpaid balances may pause future service.

If you are not satisfied, tell us within 24 hours and we will return to correct the issue. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or items that cannot be restored by cleaning. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
