Privacy Policy

When you request a quote we collect your name, email, phone number, service address, and details about the space you want cleaned. We also collect basic analytics such as pages viewed, device type, and referring source.

To prepare your quote, schedule service, send invoices and appointment confirmations, respond to questions, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

We share only what is necessary with providers that help us operate: QuickBooks for billing and payment records, Google Calendar for scheduling, Square only as a secondary customer directory and marketing tool, email and SMS delivery, and website analytics. Each is bound to use the data only to provide their service.

By submitting a quote you agree to receive service-related emails and text messages about your request. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or using the unsubscribe link in any email.

We keep quote and service records as long as needed for business and tax purposes. Data is stored with access controls and encrypted in transit.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site. Google Analytics sets its own cookies in your browser (including _ga and cookies beginning with _ga_) to recognize returning visits and measure traffic. We do not use these cookies for advertising, and we do not sell or share this information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Our own site stores two short-term items in your browser: the campaign or referral source you arrived from, and the page you landed on, so we can credit the request correctly. Both clear when you close the tab.

We also record anonymous first-party visit steps (pages viewed, quote started, quote steps completed, quote submitted) with a random per-tab session ID and the campaign source. We do not store your IP address with these records. They are linked to your request only after you submit a quote, are kept for up to 13 months, and are not collected if you opt out of analytics below.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers offer a global privacy control we honor.

Email clean@californiadeepclean.com to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.
