Listing Launch Clean · For real estate agents

When the camera arrives, the home should be ready.

A condition-led cleaning plan built around photo day. Fewer handoff details for you, and a space ready for its next moment.

The Photo-Day Run of Show01 / 04

The work is winding down. Bring us into the plan.

Share the condition, remaining repairs, staging timeline and photography date.

The real dates. The right starting point.

Real finished-result photos from one listing CDC cleaned. The timeline illustrates coordination, not tasks documented by these photos.

A fixed photo date. A moving list of details.

The listing has a timeline. The clean needs a plan.

Sellers are packing. Contractors are finishing. Staging and access are still coming together. Meanwhile, photography is on the calendar.

Listing Launch Clean puts the cleaning sequence into that real timeline. We assess what the home needs, coordinate with you and confirm the scope before the team arrives.

The primary offer · Listing Launch Clean

The right clean. Not an automatic second visit.

A substantive reset, a final camera pass, or both. The home's condition and your staging and photography sequence determine the plan. Scope and price are confirmed with you.

01visit

When the home is ready for its final clean

One well-timed visit

If move-out, repairs and staging are settled, one visit can bring the agreed scope together ahead of photography. We review the condition and timeline first, rather than adding a visit you do not need.

02visits

When the work needs room to happen

A reset, then a final pass

A substantive reset after move-out or repairs can prepare the space for staging. If staging or later activity leaves new dust or marks, an optional lighter camera pass can follow. Both visits are scoped and priced before confirmation.

The details that belong in the plan

  • Kitchens & bathrooms
  • Reachable surfaces & baseboards
  • Floors
  • Glass within reach
  • High-touch details

Deeper buildup, interior ovens and refrigerators, and other add-on work are assessed separately. Cleaning is not staging, repairs, material restoration, decluttering, heavy furniture moving or photography.

Three moments. One considered sequence.

From lived-in to listing-ready.

The first two moments may share one visit or need two. A return refresh is always a separate request.

01 / The reset

After move-out or repairs, where practical

The reset

Address accumulated dust and buildup in kitchens, bathrooms, reachable surfaces, baseboards and floors. We assess condition and access so your stager receives a space with the cleaning work accounted for.

A clear scope before the next handoff.

Share current photos and flag remaining contractor work. Repairs and material restoration are not part of the clean.

02 / The camera pass

Before photography, coordinated with staging

The camera pass

Focus the agreed clean on what the camera sees: reachable glass, reflective surfaces, floors and high-touch details. This may be part of one visit, or a lighter second visit if activity after the reset makes it useful.

Less last-minute cleaning coordination.

Confirm staging and photo dates, access and any delicate finishes. A second visit is optional, not automatically included.

03 / The show-ready refresh

Before an open house or showing

The show-ready refresh

Ask about a lighter return clean to address fresh dust, footprints and agreed touchpoints after photography or visitor traffic. The scope reflects the home’s current condition, not a repeat of the entire reset.

A planned return, not an assumed extra.

This is a separately quoted visit, subject to availability. Request it early and we will confirm what is possible.

Built for the person managing the listing

Less to chase. More clarity at handoff.

You manage the listing. We coordinate the cleaning details with you, from access and timing to the agreed finish.

01

One coordinated plan

Timing, access and scope are coordinated together, so the cleaning plan stays clear from reset through photo day.

02

A plan around photo day

Share the real sequence of movers, repairs and staging. We coordinate the clean around your photography date, subject to confirmed availability.

03

Attention where it shows

Prioritize agreed visible surfaces, reachable glass, floors and high-touch details without promising material restoration.

04

A handoff you can check

Request completion photos and agree on the areas to document, so you can review the cleaning update without another trip.

05

Scope before scheduling

Review the condition-led plan and clear quote first. Any additional visit or deeper work is confirmed, not assumed.

Completion photos on request

A handoff you can verify.

Ask for completion photos when we confirm the plan. Identify the rooms or details you want documented, then review the cleaning update wherever the listing takes you.

This is operational confirmation, not listing photography or a promise that every surface can be restored.

The practical questions

Before we put it on the calendar.

Is this a move-out clean?

It can include a substantial reset after move-out, but the plan is built around the listing’s condition and photography date. An occupied or already staged home may need a different scope. For a buyer or tenant handoff without a listing launch, our move-in and move-out service may be the better fit.

Does staging happen before or after cleaning?

Either sequence can work. A deeper reset is often practical after move-out or repairs and before staging. If staging is already in place, we plan around accessible areas and delicate pieces. A lighter final pass after staging is optional if needed. CDC does not stage, declutter or move heavy furniture.

Do you clean inside the oven and refrigerator?

Tell us if you need interior oven or refrigerator cleaning. These are assessed as deeper or add-on work and must be included in the confirmed scope and quote. They are not automatically included in every listing clean.

Can you come back before an open house?

Yes, you can request a Show-Ready Refresh before an open house or showing. It is a separately priced return visit, subject to availability and confirmed scope. We work Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Sunday is closed, so a Sunday open house needs an earlier agreed cleaning date.

Can you send completion photos?

Yes, completion photos are available on request. Agree on the areas you want documented when we confirm the scope. They help you check the cleaning handoff remotely; they are not professional listing photography.

Can the agent or seller pay?

Let us know who should receive the quote and who will be responsible for payment. We will confirm those arrangements before booking. Requesting an estimate does not set up a payment arrangement or authorize a charge.

What if the photography date moves?

Contact us as soon as the date changes. We will review the cleaning sequence and available dates with you. A new time is subject to availability and confirmation, and any added visit or scope change is quoted separately. Existing booking terms still apply.
